    Abstract: 利用 ”one-pot” 反應合成出 DTT 和 BTDT 分子,作為研究的配位基團和主體結構。引用文獻中具高載子移動率的聚合物分子結構,並延續實驗室開發的硫醚碳鏈概念,將硫醚碳鏈引入設計的分子中,希望可達到溶解度提高,以及利用雙硫鍵的吸引行為,拉近分子和分子間的距離,提昇分子間的軌域重疊度。以 BTT、 BTDT、 STT 和 DSTTT 作為分子主體,修飾上不同共軛單元延伸分子共軛程度,開發出 DTT-BTT (1)、pF1P-BTDT (2)、mF1P-BTDT (3)、OT-BTDT (4) 、 DDTT-STT (5) 、 DBTT-STT (6) 、 DBTDT-STT (7)、diTT-DSTTT (8),和 DBT-DSTTT (9),已合成出的分子分別利用 UV-vis、DPV 和 TGA 及 DSC 探討分子的 HOMO 和 LUMO ,以及分子的熱穩定性。BTT 為主體接上以 DTT 作為配位基的分子BTT-DTT (1),利用真空蒸鍍方法製成元件,元件的載子移動率可達到 0.21 cm2/Vs。可溶性有機半導體分子,DDTT-STT (5) 、 DBTT-STT (6) 以溶液製程製成元件,載子移動率分別可達到 0.31 cm2/Vs 和 0.28 cm2/Vs OT-BTDT (4) 分子為 BTDT 為主體耦合上修飾有碳鏈的噻吩結構,此分子測得單晶結構,故探討此分子的排列行為。A series of fused thiophene based new materials have been developed for organic thin film transistors (OTFT). Four asymmetric BTT and BTDT based semiconductors (1-4) and four soluble STT and DSTTT based compounds (5-9) have been prepared. Via vacuum deposition, compounds (DTT-BTT; 1) exhibits good field-effect performance with high mobility of 0.21 cm2/Vs. Via solution process, soluble compounds (DDTT-STT; 5) and (DBTT-STT; 6) exhibit high mobility of 0.31 and 0.28 cm2/Vs, respectively. All of these new semiconductor materials exhibit good stability under light, air, moisture and thermal conditions.
