摘要:	這篇論文的目的是要調查最小的嚴格基本圈基上的已知的結果，也希望我們的調查會有助於今後在最小的嚴格基本圈基的基礎研究上。我們提供一些以往論文中沒有包含的現有成果的證明，另外，也提供一些新的特殊圖的結果。The purpose of this thesis is to survey known results on minimum strictly fundamental cycle basis. It is hoped that our survey will facilitate future research in the study of minimum strictly fundamental cycle basis. Proofs of some existing results are provided if we could not get the old papers containing them. In this thesis, we also provide some new results.
