    Abstract: 在 LTE-Advanced 系統下,載波聚合是一項相當重要的技術,LTE-Advanced UE 透過此技術可以使用更大的頻寬傳輸資料,但UE 端必須開啟更多的天線以在多個載波上接收資料。由於行動載具的電池電量有限, 因此如何讓LTE-Advanced UE 省電成為一項相當重要的議題。  目前相當多的論文都在探討如何讓基地台配置適合的CC (Component Carrier)供UE 使用,比較常見的方法是以Random 或Round Robin 的方式進行,但不論是使用以上哪種方法,都會造成CC 的負載量不平均或是讓UE 分配到不適合的CC。因此我們提出了一個新的CC 選擇方法,此方法考量CC 的負載情形及UE 在不同CC 上的通道狀況,可以讓系統達到較佳的傳輸效能。  本論文除了提出新的 CC 選擇方式,還設計了以省電為目的的資源分配方法,最後我們的模擬是在LTE-Advanced 系統的下行鏈路,採用HTTP 及videostreaming 兩種不同的traffic 型態來驗證我們所提出的方法。Carrier Aggregation is one of the most important technologies in the LTE-Advanced system. LTE-Advanced UE could use more than one componentcarriers, so the UE's mobile device needs to activate more than one antenna. Because the battery of mobile devices is limited﹐ power saving becomes a very important issuefor user.  Resource allocation with Carrier Aggregation to UEs is issued in many papers presently, i.e., how to choose the right component carrier to the new arrival user, andhow to improve the transmission rate when allocating resource with Carrier Aggregation. The common methods about the CC selection are Random and Round Robin. Neither of the methods mentioned above is good for the system. If the Random CC selection is chosen, the load of carriers cannot balance well. Or if Round Robin CC selection is chosen, it would cause the user can't get enough resource. So wepropose a new method about the CC selection, taken the load of CC and the channel condition of UE in different CCs into consideration, which is able to improve the system performance.  In this study, we propose a new CC selection method and design a resource allocation method. The method's goal is to reduce power consumption. Finally, we adopt two different types of services, HTTP and Video Streaming in LTE-Advancedsystem in downlink, to simulate our proposed method in the LTE-Advanced system,validating our method.
