    摘要: 本文旨在研製一單相2KW太陽能市電併聯型換流器,將太陽能板所產生的直流電力轉換成交流電力輸出,由於太陽能電池輸出電壓、電流容易受到日照強度與溫度的影響,而造成最大功率點的漂移,因此需利用最大功率追蹤及電力電子技術來汲取太陽能光電池可用之最大功率,而太陽能換流器的功率電路是由直流升壓型轉換器與全橋式換流器兩級電路所組成。本系統可直接與市電併聯供電,以紓解尖峰負載用電的問題。  市電併聯型太陽能換流器的三大設計重點為:最大功率追蹤、輸出交流電流控制與孤島效應的偵測,本文以數位信號處理器(DSP-TMS320F2808)為核心來實現系統之數位控制,而市電併聯實測電流總諧波失真低於5%,整體最大效率在96%以上,最後以PSIM模擬與實際製作2KW市電併聯型換流器之實測結果來驗證系統之性能。This thesis presents the design and implementation of the 2KW grid- connected single-phase photovoltaic inverter. The inverter converts dc power generated by photovoltaic cells into ac power. Due to that output voltage and current of the photovoltaic cells are easily changed by light and temperature fluctuations, it will casue the maximum power point drift. Therefore, maximum power point tracking and power electronic technique are required to draw the available maximum power from the photovoltaic cells. The power circuit of the photovoltaic inverter is composed of boost converter and full-bridge inverter. The output of the inverter is directly connected to utility grid system to supply peak load.   There are mainly three design goals for a grid-connected photovoltaic inverter: maximum power point tracking output current control of the inverter and islanding effect detection. A digital signal processor is applied for the system control Experimental results show that the current total harmonic distortion measured is less than 5% with maximum efficiency above 96% Finally , the performance of the proposed configuration is verified by PSIM simulation results and hardware measurements of the 2KW grid-connected inverter.
