    摘要: 台灣地區土地狹窄資源有限,近年來更因河川保護禁採砂石,使得砂石短缺問題在台灣地區日趨嚴重,砂石資源之有效再利用,遂有其需要性。現今再生瀝青混凝土的鋪面經反覆的再刨除再利用,材料轉為黏滯度較高且較脆之瀝青,因此對於再生瀝青混凝土刨除再利用之粒料的包裹力與瀝青混凝土的耐久性都是相當值得產官學界所關心的地方。國外近幾年針對此有提出相關再生劑的材料,利用添加再生劑能使老化之瀝青回復之相當新瀝青黏度之特性,來改善RAP黏滯度老化過高、瀝青膠泥過脆這一類的問題。 隨著資源逐步被消耗殆盡,政府各級機關越來越重視這個問題,而身為台灣地區最廣泛管理轄道路的機關-交通公路總局,亦即是在此背景之下提出這方面研究案的構想,來委託相關學術機關進行研究。如能使鋪面的材料反覆一再使用,使資源消耗的程度將到最小,也是基於這種觀念下,本研究嘗試將資源在利用的觀念加入到道路工程上,透過使用再生劑,能使再生瀝青混凝土的能更高比例的回收到道路上,相關資源能更有效的再利用,而達到本研究永續再生鋪面之觀念。 ; Taiwan's limited land resources, narrow, even in recent years due to the ban on logging to protect the river sand, making sand shortage in Taiwan growing, sand and gravel resources of the effective re-use, then there is a need of.
