    Abstract: 我國在經濟發展下,國民生活水準日益提升,對於生活品質要求越來越高。公路身為人民行之必須建設,品質亦須有所提升。在相關法規及規範日益健全的今日,公路主管單位日漸遵循一套機制運作,雖符合標準作業流程的精神,但對於偶發異常事件卻難以在整體統計資料中發現,對於人員的學習和經驗亦無法傳承,如此在過去依某些經驗所掩蓋的問題將顯現出來。故本研究以將更新及修正現行鋪面養護管理系統,建構模組分為以活動為基礎之成本分析模組、連續時間預測模組、離散事件預測模組、一般統計分析模組、時空分布分析模組,透過導入知識管理於養護作業中,並進行系統推廣及尋找示範工務段共同進行系統修正,蒐集相關成效資料,以實例驗證,達成以減輕基層工程師工作負擔之目標。 ; Because economic development is growing, the national living standard improves day by day; people require higher and higher the quality of the life. The road is one of the most important infrastructures, the quality must be improvement too. The regulation and norm have been all already sound now, the responsible institution of the highway has followed a set of mechanisms operation gradually. Although accord with the spirit of the procedure of the standard homework, it is difficult to find the accidental unusual incident in the whole statistical data. It is also unable passing study and experience on. This study will renew and revising the current pavement management system, we will build cost analysis model with Activity-Based Cost, continuous time prediction model, dispersed incident predict model, general statistical analysis model, and distribution of space-time analysis model, through put knowledge management into maintenance work. Carry on system popularize and system revising, and collect related performance data to verify the instance, in order to lighten the basic engineer’s work burden. ; 研究期間 9703 ~ 9711
