    Abstract: 無論乾、濕季節的到來,隨時掌握有充分的可用水量永遠是水利單位關心的首要之務,而面對氣候變遷的衝擊、極端氣候的因素,除乾旱、暴雨發生的可能性變化,氣候降雨型態與過去大不相同,似乎也是不爭的事實。然而,面對氣候如此改變,除了研究降雨的型態,加強有效雨量的掌握之外,對於農業作物傳統的種植時間,是否依然符合現有的氣候型態,也有探討的必要。因此,本研究預計以此為前提,考量灌區降雨特性及氣象乾旱影響、以及對農業用水之影響性分析,並考量水庫供水系統外,其他水源與相關農田灌溉系統支援,探討農業作物在此灌溉系統模式之下,延後或提前進行期作栽種所帶來的影響。本年度目標係利用水文序率方法,加入影響降雨型態之條件機率,進而模擬未來可能發生降雨分佈型式,在目前研究區域內的灌溉水源供需情況下,延續不同降雨降度及分佈情形對整體灌區的有效降雨量之影響情形,探討若以此改變耕作期距,對於農業生產的影響及可行性,以供農田水利相關單位參考。相關工作架構如下: 1. 蒐集桃園灌區之歷年降雨量資料,並分析其降雨量變化與分佈趨勢。 2. 建立研究區域灌溉系統模式,蒐集研究區域作物耕種生長期程。 3. 利用序率馬可夫法(Stochastic Markovian),調整影響降雨型態之條件機率,進行參數探討,以模擬未來可能發生降雨分佈型式。 4. 探討在研究區域內的灌溉水源供需情況下,不同降雨降度及分佈情形對整體灌區的有效降雨量之影響情形。 5. 探討傳統農業期作種植期程改變對農業用水之影響。預期效益希望在現有研究區域內的灌溉水源供需情況下,探討不同降雨降度及分佈情形對整體灌區的有效降雨量之影響情形,改變傳統農業期作種植期程,對於農業用水調度的影響,以供農田水利相關單位未來面對有關應變處理時之資料支援、農耕對策能進行更準確之評估。 ; Under the impact of global weather climate change, the area hydrology distribution has become different. Therefore, we must study the rainfall pattern and estimate the effective rainfall. On the other side, to fit the climate condition, the tradition crops time schedule are also need to confer. It is used the hydrology series method to Simulate the future probability rainfall pattern. Under the irrigation water supply system and constrain, study the effect of effective rainfall by different rainfall strength and distribution. under the assumption of the crops schedule Change, we try to study the effect and possibility of agriculture output. It can be a reference for agriculture office. Working construction is below: 1. Data mining and collecting. 2. Establish the local irrigation system. Study the local field crops schedule. 3. change the rainfall probability condition and coefficient to Simulate the future rainfall form and pattern by Stochastic Markovian chain. 4. Study the effect of different rainfall strength and distribution in the whole irrigation water supply system. 5.
