本計畫探討具有胺基、梳狀與核殼結構之單一粒徑高分子次微米球之合成以及此次微米球自組裝排列。首先利用無乳化聚合法聚合出單一粒徑次微米球,再將其經過表面改質成為胺基、梳狀、核殼結構之次微米球。當次微米球自組裝排列時,梳狀或核殼結構可減少所需的體積容率,不僅可調整粒子間距離且容易緊密堆積成光子晶體,還能增加光子晶體本身的成膜性,達到容易應用之目的。第一年:胺基次微米球的合成與其自組裝排列之研究選用甲基丙烯酸甲酯與苯乙烯或其他單體,以無乳化劑乳化聚合製備出單一粒徑次微米球,再改質其表面之官能基合成出胺基次微米球。本年度探討單體種類、單體添加量以及反應條件對次微米球胺化程度以及自組裝排列之影響。第二年:梳狀結構次微米球之合成與其自組裝排列之研究將第一年度所合成之胺基次微米球,在單體存在下以氧化還原劑起始聚合反應合成梳狀結構次微米球。本年度探討單體種類、單體添加量以及反應條件對梳狀結構的鏈長影響,並探討高分子鏈種類或長度對自組裝排列之影響。第三年:核殼結構次微米球之合成與其自組裝排列之研究將第一年度所合成之胺基次微米球反覆進行邁克爾反應與胺化,合成出核殼結構次微米球。本年度探討反覆進行邁克爾反應與胺化的反應次數對核殼結構次微米球之影響,並探討此核殼粒子的自組裝排列。 ; The preparation and self-assembly of submicrospheres with amino group, brush and shell are discussed. Submicrospheres are prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization. Afterward, submicrospheres with amino group, brush and shell are modified on the surface of these submicrospheres. Self-assembly of submicrospheres can reduce the volume fraction of submicrospheres in photonic crystals when having brush and core-shell structure. In addition, it can be easy to adjust the distance between submicrospheres and increase the film-forming ability. This research project divided into three years to carry out. The first year: Preparation and self-assembly of amino submicrospheres Submicrospheres are prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization in the presence of methyl methacrylate, styrene or other monomer. Then, submicrospheres with amino group is modified on the surface of these submicrospheres. In this year, the effect of various aminolysis degree and self-assembly of amino submicrosphere on the kinds of monomer, amount of monomer and other reaction conditions will be discussed. The second year: Preparation and self-assembly of brush submicrospheres The brush submicrospheres can be prepared by amino submicrospheres. The amino group can be reacted by the redox polymerization with MMA or other monomer. In this year, the effect of chain length of polymer and self-assembly of brush submicrospheres on the kinds of monomer, amount of monomer and other reaction conditions will be discussed. In the third year: Preparation and self-assembly of core-shell submicrospheres. The core-shell Submicrospheres are prepared via aminolysis and Michael reaction on submicrospheres repeatedly. In this year, the effect of the thickness of shell and self-assembly of core-shell submicrosphere on the kinds of monomer, amount of monomer and other reaction conditions will be discussed. ; 研究期間 9708 ~ 9807
