    Abstract: 近年來歐美日大力發展廢棄物氣化發電系統與先進燃煤發電系統,這些系統均會產生高溫高壓之氣體及飛灰,在進入氣渦輪機前必須有效的控制,方能使系統有效運作。本年度計畫將延續前年計畫(名稱:電漿氣化發電系統兩階段顆粒床高溫燃氣過濾器設計與分析)流動式兩段式顆粒床過濾系統設計中,各濾材流動性質量測資料庫與二維儲槽系統設計實驗所得之結果為基礎,持續進行兩段式顆粒床過濾系統的設計與實驗分析。在計畫中將針對流動式兩段式顆粒床過濾系統中的過濾器部分,進行濾材流動型態實驗與分析,同時也將進行濾材之速度場分析,以進一步瞭解濾材於兩段式過濾器系統中的流動型態行為。 因此,在計畫中將探討於過濾器系統中置入兩種不同粒徑大小濾材的流場型態,並以濾材間不混合條件為目的,找出最佳的過濾器系統設計參數,以達到兩段式濾材過濾的目的。而不同粒徑大小之濾材質量流率、過濾器內部葉片配置設計等都是影響過濾系統設計的重要參數。在不同濾材質量流率的控制上,計畫中將設計兩種不同濾材輸送速度之輸送帶系統裝置,以控制不同粒徑大小之濾材質量流率,同時也可將流出系統中的粗細濾材進行分離,以增加濾材回收的使用率。而上述實驗所得之結果,將可與前年計畫設計出的儲槽系統進行整合,提供未來在設計三維冷性能過濾系統測試模型上有實際的參考依據。而計畫的最終目標則是建立可為商業化之高溫燃氣流動式兩段式顆粒床過濾系統。 ; The biomass gasification system for power generation and the advanced coal-fired power plants have been developed in United States, Europe and Japan in recent years. High temperature gases are generated during the gasification the biomass or the coal. The high temperature gases contain many dust particulates and fly ashes which should be filtrated before entering gas turbine. The project will extend results of project in last year and continue to design two-stage filtration system. The flow pattern and velocity field can be obtained from 2D experiments. These results will help to understand flow behavior of filter media in filter vessel. The two kind filter media with different particle size will put in 2D filter vessel system and study flow pattern and mixing behavior. The results will found optimal parameter from 2D experiment and important parameter including: mass flow rate of filter media, design of louver dimension…etc.In the aspect of mass flow control, the project will developed conveyance system for two kind filter media with different particle size. The system can easy control mass flow rate to increase recycling rate of filter media. With the result of this project, we can design the 3-D two stage moving granular bed for the cold test. The final goal of the project, we wish the design rules for the commercialized moving granular bed filter can be developed. ; 研究期間 9801 ~ 9812
