為提升行車安全,降低車禍所造成的生命財產損失,近幾年歐、美、日等國持續投入先進安全車輛(Advanced Safety Vehicle, ASV)相關系統的研發與商品化工作,加上各國際組織與標準的推動,使得ASV的發展極為快速;國內交通部運輸研究所在九十三年度至九十六年度,辦理「先進安全車輛系統發展之推動與研究」計畫,前兩期(九十三與九十四年度)研究重點在整體方向與策略規劃研析,未來兩年則將著重於應用駕駛模擬儀輔助進行ASV系統之安全暨效益評估、事故碰撞嚴重度預測模式之文獻收集探討、以及ASV系統與緊急救援系統(EMS)體系的整合研究等。本年度計畫研究範圍與對象包括(1)辦理研討會(與工研院合辦),以推動國內ASV發展。(2)參酌國外自願性規範(JAMA、AAM以及ESop)並結合運研所駕駛模擬儀,探討視訊播放系統之安裝位置、使用時機以及撥放內容對於國人駕駛工作負荷與駕駛分心之影響,以提供未來政府研擬相關制度法規與政策推動之參考。(3)規劃開發保安/事故通報系統,完成事故記錄器(EDR)雛型機之開發測試與驗證,並評估事故記錄器與事故自動通報(ACN)及緊急救援系統(EMS)結合的可能性,並進行初步測試。(4)收集國外碰撞嚴重度預測模式的文獻資料及相關規範,進行事故碰撞嚴重度預測模式之開發研究,及早建立國人車禍碰撞嚴重度預測模式。 ; To promote the driving safety and reduce the loss of wealth and life from vehicle accident, the commodity of related systems and the encouragement from international organization make the development of Advanced Safety Vehicle (ASV) very fast. The Ministry of Transportation and Communications has a project of ?HHH?HH?H?HThe promotion and research on the development of Advanced Safety Vehicle System?HHH?HHH from 2004 to 2007. The first two years was focused on the planning and study of direction and tactics. In the next two years, projects will focus on the assessment of safety and efficiency of ASV system applied in a driving simulator, the predict model of accident serious degree, and the integrated study on the ASV and EMS. The project scope in this year includes (1) conference, (2) investigating the position, timing and content of In-Vehicle Information and Communication System from JAMA, AAM, and ESop, (3) planning the development of safety/ accident report system, testing EDR prototype, and investigating the feasible of integrated EDR, CAN, and EMS, (4) collecting reference on the predict model of accident serious degree and developing the predict model. ; 研究期間 9502 ~ 9511
