鋁鎂合金在不同的加工量、應變量與退火處理過程,微結構變化對表面陽極皮膜品質和尺寸穩定性有相當程度的影響。目前已有許多文獻研究指出,利用超音波與渦電流檢測可推測基地之差排密度、差排環長度、晶粒尺寸等微結構變化;陽極皮膜處理的文獻則大多探討製程參數(電壓、電流、溫度、陽極處理溶液)對陽極皮膜品質的改變,包含孔洞大小(pore size)、孔洞密度(pore density)與膜厚(thickness)等,惟較少學者研究材料前處理(變形、加工與熱處理)造成之微結構變化對於表面陽極皮膜處理品質的影響,因此,本計劃將著重於這方面的研究。本計畫擬以兩年探討鋁鎂合金微結構變化對於表面陽極皮膜處理品質的影響,使用SEM與TEM觀察不同應變量下晶粒尺寸、差排密度與差排環長度的變化,並利用微硬度測試、超音波(音速、衰減率)與渦電流(導電度)檢測診斷材料之微結構變化。本計劃擬以超音波與渦電流檢測Al-2.5wt%Mg鋁合金板材於不同製程、應變量與退火之量測數據對表面陽極皮膜影響的關係,建立業界生產商品Al-2.5wt.%Mg鋁合金板材的非破壞檢查數據資料庫,提供3C產品製造商生產高品質的鋁鎂合金零件。 ; Al-2.5wt.%Mg alloys were popular used in industry for manufacturing enclosure of notebooks, cell phones and stand of desk top computer. This material can be work-hardened with a superior mechanical properties of strength and elongation. It possesses good machinability and formability and is available in the form of Al5052-H16~32, Al5052-O etc. This project intends to study the different degrees of work-hardened (strain hardened) on the variation of microstructure of Al-2.5wt.%Mg alloy. The change of microstructure would affect the anodizing behavior of alloys; that is, the optical properties of Al-2.5wt.%Mg alloy with different degree of work-hardened. Since this material is widely used in industry, the effect of microstructure on the optical properties of anodizing aluminum oxide film has drawn a great concern on making commercial parts. The SEM and TEM will be used to observe the microstructure of Al-2.5wt.%Mg matrix with different degrees of work-harden. The ultrasonic and eddy-current testing will be applied to diagnose the change of matrix microstructure and identified by the attenuation, sound speed, conductivity and Vicker’s hardness test. This project can provide a database about the affect of microstructure variety of Al-2.5wt.%Mg alloy on the cosmetic quality of AAO film. The test results provide a substantial contribution for industry to make high quality parts for 3C appliance. It also provide a diagnosis of non-destructive testing which can assure the quality of parts using Al-2.5wt.%Mg alloy. ; 研究期間 9808 ~ 9907
