本研究是一三年計劃,以研究牟宗三先生所建構之圓教和判教理論應用於宋明儒學上的適當性和具體內容。第一年主要集中研究和建立台天宗之判教理論和圓教模型,用華嚴和唯識二宗之義理檢視其合理性,或可能要作之適當調整,確立一可為各宗派所可以接受的理論,以為檢視儒家之圓教模型的根據。第二年即根據此判教和圓教模型,整理程明道、胡五峰、王陽明和王龍溪之理論系統,以彰顯三家於圓教之建立上所具備的條件和不足之處,以見出如何整合三者成為一儒家的圓教模型。第三年即建立一宋明儒學之圓教模型,以透視牟先生所意想的一個完整的儒學圓教的規模和內涵,並進而衡斷儒學圓教之地位。本研究並以牟先生自己的二層存有論作一比論,一方面確立儒家之模型,也為此判教理論作最嚴格之調整,以備作為普遍哲學建立的判準。 ; This is a three-year project and it is a research on the adequacy and content of the application of the idea of round teaching and theory of evaluation of philosophical systems to Sung-Ming Confucianism proposed by the late Professor Mou Tsung-san. The first year will focus upon the idea and theory as it was proposed by Tien-tai Buddhism and its legitimacy for the evaluation of other Buddhist systems. It may lead to some modification of the Tien-tai theory to argue for its acceptance and pave the way to the evaluation of Sung-Ming Confucianism. The second year will see how the three prominent Sung-Ming Confucianism of Cheng Ming-Tao, Hu Wu-feng and Wang Yang-ming fare with the idea of round teaching and evaluation theory. It leads to the consideration of the reasons to work the three systems into a Confucian model of round teaching. The third year sets to work out a complete system of Confucianism that meet the requirement of round teaching modified upon Tien-tai’s model. Mou’s own system of double-layer ontological theory is evaluated to see if it is itself a round teaching so as to secure the model of round teaching of Confucianism as well as paving the way for the construction of a universal philosophical system. ; 研究期間 9708 ~ 9807
