    Abstract: 台灣的造山帶是世界上最活耀之ㄧ,包括超高的地表變形率與極多地震活動,而後者造成人類社會的威脅。由於菲律賓海板塊斜向碰撞歐亞大陸板塊,台灣居間提供了獨一無二的機會,調查造山演化的重要時空過程。目前台灣大地電磁研究大都停留在一維及二維順推模擬和逆推研究。然而,以一、二維逆推法得到之結果,在解釋實際複雜的地質構造區時,經常發生無法解釋的資料問題。其中,一維模擬主要是利用馬克斯威爾方程對層狀地層解析求解,二維構造多以數值法求解,建立在分析阻抗張量矩陣參數之基礎上,進而求得一維或二維電性阻抗。然而,二維矩陣存在著現存無法完全將非對稱參數完全分解之問題,僅能以趨近或忽略等視之,顯然不能滿足真實資料所反映的地層資訊及電性地層多變的三維構造,尤以高導體位於地殼中最為棘手,故極需建立台灣三維大地電磁法順推與逆推技術。透過三維技術之發展,預期可更精確了解台灣電性構造問題。 ; The Taiwan orogeny is a young active region around the world that included the higher deformation near the surface and seismic events in the island. Moreover, the Philippine Sea Plate collision to Eurasia Plate occurred in the north and the Manila trench subducting in the south Taiwan, simultaneously. This unique geodynamic setting has attracted many points of study for geosciences researchers. Recently, all the MT study has only limited in 1D and/or 2D forward and inversion applications in Taiwan. In 1D modeling, it is used Maxwell’s equation to calculate the response of layers; in 2D electrical structure was applied numerical method. Those algorithms were assumed in 2D structures in the 2x2 matrix equation that have many problems when then deployed in the complex geological area. The MT data will can’t be fully interpreted form field data, frequently. However, the 2D assumption is kind of approach to solve in the real earth. It is useful for general problems in the MT study. But when the MT research in complex geological region, it should be considered 3D phenomenon when the conductivity body beneath Taiwan and sea effect beside the Taiwan island, especially. Thus, it is lack of 3D algorithm development in Taiwan complex region. By using and developing 3D algorithm, it is predictable for detail of Taiwan complex electrical structures problem in future work. ; 研究期間 9708 ~ 9807
