    摘要: 越南位於歐亞大陸板塊、菲律賓海板塊與印澳板塊之交界處,且板塊的相對運動在越南北部產生一條長達1000 公里,由中國雲南延伸到南中國海域的紅河斷層。此斷層通過越南北部之紅河盆地,且在河內附近多處區域出露於地表。而有鑑於越南境內之地震有多達80%集中發生於紅河盆地之西北部,雖然越南位處中低地震活動帶,但歷史上仍不乏規模5 或6 以上之大地震,且相關研究更指出紅河斷層可能有發生規模7 以上地震之潛勢,紅河盆地更是首當其衝,故在河內地區進行地震危害度分析有其重要性。本計畫預定在越南首都河內,進行地震危害度分析,欲以數學以及統計的模型建立地震危害度曲線,以檢討評估研究區域是否安全無虞。 2008 年5 月12 日中國大陸四川省汶川縣於當地時間下午02:28:00(世界標準時間 06:28:00),發生規模Ms8.0 的地震(USGS 測得的規模為Mw7.9),震央位於北緯31.021°、東經103.367°,距離成都市西北西方約90 公里,重慶市約360 公里,震源深度約14 公里(USGS 測得為19 公里)。中國地震局發言人指出,這次四川省汶川縣規模8.0 的大地震,已有寧夏、甘肅、青海、陝西、山西、山東、河南、湖北、湖南、重慶、貴州、雲南、西藏、江蘇等地區皆出現有感地震外,北京通州震度也達到3.9 級,香港也感受到搖晃之外,連遠至泰國首都曼谷和越南首都河內都感到震動。此次特大地震中,中國數字強震動台網布設在19 個省市的478 個台站獲得了主震加速度記錄,為開展本項目的研究提供了基礎資料。計畫以強地動資料之分析為主,包含強地動特徵研究、場址效應與震害分析等。 ; Vietnam lies at the Southeast of Eurasia Plate, bordered by Philippine Plate in the East and India-Australia Plate in the West and South. The Red River Fault (RRF) originated from Yunnan, China and runs along the Red River valley passes through the Red River Basin and comes to the South China Sea. The crack appeared on the ground surface that widely develops around the Hanoi City. Although Vietnam is located on the middle-low seismicity zone, there are 80% of earthquakes occurred in the Northwest of the Red River Basin. There are also earthquakes with magnitude of five or six occurred. Some Research indicated that there might be earthquakes with magnitude larger than seven in the Red River Fault and so that the Seismic Hazard Analysis in the Hanoi City is very important. The Ms 8.0 (USGS measure is a Mw7.9) Wenchuan, Sichuan, China Earthquake Sequence has occurred on May 12 2008 at 02:28 p.m.(local time). The epicenter is located on 31.021°N, 103.367 °E and depth is about 14 kilometers (USGS measure is 19 kilometer). Spokesman in the China Earthquake Administration points out that at the Ms 8.0 Wenchuan, Sichuan, China Earthquake Sequence, Ningxia, Gansu, Qinghai, Shanxi, Shanxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Zhongqing, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet, Jiangsu all can sense the earthquake. The intensity also reaches 3.9 at Tongzhou in Beijing. Beside the Hong Kong feels vibration, Thai capital city Bangkok and Vietnamese capital city Hanoi all feel vibration. There are 478 stations in 19 counties of the China digital strong motion network acquired the main-shock acceleration records. These records apply the foundation for this research. The cooperation project analyses the strong ground motion data and includes the strong ground motion characteristic research, site effect and the Seismic Hazard in Hanoi City. ; 研究期間 9808 ~ 9907
