由於大量重金屬、工程廢土和各種未經處理的污水流入,造成海域嚴重污染,水中生物面臨死亡的威脅,人類的健康也備受影響。遙測影像在今日已經被廣泛地使用於對地物之分析,而對地表變遷的偵測亦是一個重要的課題。由於變遷偵測是利用兩個不同時期遙測影像做比較,當地表物體因自然(天災、季節變化)或人為(破壞、建設)因素而改變,兩個時期遙測影像上之頻譜也會有所不同,我們可以藉此資訊對地表變遷加以分析。然而影像中頻譜的改變不完全來自於地表的變遷,部分原因來自於大氣輻射的改變。因此在比較兩個時期遙測影像前,必須針對影像進行輻射校正。輻射校正可分為絕對性及相對性兩種:絕對性輻射校正是將影像中的大氣因素完全消除,要達到此目的必須有當時大氣狀況的數據,但此資訊不易取得;另一方面相對輻射校正利用影像中的資訊,將不同時期遙測影像的大氣因素做匹配,將大氣造成輻射改變的因素消除。本計畫針對東北角的水湳洞海域進行監測,分兩年進行研究。第一年針對遙測影像做相對輻射校正,並取得多時期之遙測影像對海域進行監測。第二年再將繼續對此海域進行監測,並將此方法應用於其他環境,如龜山島海底熱泉噴發狀況,並配合地震資料,研究其相關性。 ; Because of the large amount of heavy metal, waste soil and unprocessed sewage pollute the sea area, the lives in water have been threatened by death, and it also affects our health. Remote sensing images have been widely used for ground material analysis for the last a few decades, and among them, change detection is one of the most important topics. When the material of the earth surface changes, whether by nature or human behavior, the spectrum will also change. By comparing the remote sensing images collected at two different times, we can identify the area of the changes. However, the changes in radiance spectrum are not entirely from the surface changes, part of them came from the atmospheric effects. Therefore, we must calibrate the radiometry before the comparison. There are two ways to calibrate the images: absolute calibration and relative calibration. The former remove all the atmospheric effects. In order to achieve this, we must have the data of the atmosphere condition, which can not be found easily. On the other hand, the relative calibration uses the information of the images from different times and matches the atmospheric condition between them. So that the spectral changes causing by the atmosphere effect has been removed. In this two-year project, we plan to monitor the northern east coast. For the first year, we focus on the relative calibration for change detection. Several remote sensing images collected from different times will be used to monitor the changes. For the second year, we plan to continue the monitoring and extend this method to the submarine hot-springs of the Turtle Island. We use the statistic model to compare the relationship between the activities of earthquakes and submarine hot-springs. ; 研究期間 9808 ~ 9907
