    Abstract: 在本提案計畫中我們將運用電腦模擬及統計分析研究數種複雜能量圖譜的特性, 包括在不使用連續時間隨機行走的情形下研究Bryngelson-Wolynes 隨機能量模型的動態特徵. 同時我們將更深入研討近期我們才發展的魔術方塊模型, 並與蛋白質折疊動力學與玻璃等複雜型態動力學作比較. ; In this project we propose to study several complex energy landscapes using computer simulations as well as statistical analysis. In particular we would like to study the dynamic features for the Bryngelson-Wolynes random energy model without the continuous-time-random-walk approach. In the mean time, the Rubik’s cube model which we recently developed will be further investigated and compared with the complex dynamics such as protein folding and glass relaxation dynamics. ; 研究期間 9708 ~ 9807
