    摘要: 近年來,受到溫室效應以及能源短缺之影響,節能減碳之觀念逐漸受到重視,因此傳統使用內燃機引擎之各種交通運輸工具之市場需求受到嚴重衝擊。此外考慮交通條件的改變與汽車使用者習慣的調整,具有高能源轉換效率與零污染排放優點之輕型電動車被視為未來取代傳統內燃機引擎車輛之最佳選擇。本計畫之目的即為發展一主機板式智慧型輕量化移動載具前瞻技術,藉由整合包括行車控制器主機板模組、輪轂馬達設計、輪轂馬達驅動與控制、智能型電池管理技術及載具外觀與內裝設計等技術,提升台灣於輕型電動車之技術競爭力。本計畫可分成四大部分:第一部份為採用嵌入式系統ARM9 為核心之行車控制器主機板模組以執行車輪轉向控制,該主機板模組並規劃具有執行CAN Bus 通訊協定之通訊能力,經由匯流排之傳輸,可以達到資料共享、分散式控制系統之智慧型輕量化移動載具之設計。另外所發展之智慧型自動診斷系統,能透過儀表板或車輛故障指示燈,來告知駕駛人目前車輛各模組之狀況。第二部份為輪轂永磁式同步馬達之設計與驅動系統,透過外轉型結構及輕量化之輪轂馬達設計與TMS320F2812 DSP 控制驅動系統,能獲得穩定與高效率之四輪直驅系統。另外配合車輪轉向控制及停車雷達系統,可達成智慧型自動停車功能。第三部份為車用智能型電池管理系統,此系統包括可攜式高能量電池結合另一組安置於電動車上之主動力高功率電池,經由一個直流/直流升壓轉換器,達成電動車的電能供給機制。本計畫最後一部份則為透過未來城市生活型態與機能需求分析,設計以使用者為中心之整體性、人性化、舒適化之車體外觀與內裝環境,達到未來生活之美學觀感與期望。本計畫之最大特色為採用個人電腦之「主機板式」概念。車輛中各模組將透過 CAN Bus 及USB 兩種介面與行車控制器主機板進行連結。使用者可依需求與喜好輕易地組裝、更換或修復,獲得更佳之彈性與方便性。另外利用行車控制器之轉向控制搭配輪轂馬達驅動與控制系統及雷達系統,可以精準達到智慧型自動停車功能。而智慧型自動診斷系統能讀出歷史故障訊息及故障參數,提供快速而有效之維修建議。因此本計畫所提之LEV 具備創新與前瞻技術,預期將成為未來交通運輸新主流。 ; In recent years, due to the influences of Greenhouse Effect and energy shortage, the concept of energy saving and carbon reduction has been valued gradually. Therefore, the market of the internal combustion engine vehicles has been impacted seriously. Moreover, to consider the change of the traffic type and the habit of the car driver, the light electric vehicle (LEV) with high energy conversion efficiency and zero emissions is believed to be the best alternative in the future. The object of this project is to develop mother-board type intelligent light moving vehicles technologies which include mother-board type vehicle controlled module development, wheel-hub motor design, wheel-hub motor drive and control, intelligent battery management system, and appearance and interior deployment design to promote Taiwan’s technology competition for LEV. This project can be divided into four parts. The first part is the mother-board type vehicle controlling module which uses the ARM9 family embedded microprocessor as the core to execute the direction change control of the wheel. Moreover, the module is equipped with CAN Bus communication capability. Therefore, the datum of several electronic systems can be transmitted through the CAN Bus to reach the goals of datum sharing and distributed control system in the intelligent and light moving vehicle design. Furthermore, the developed intelligent diagnosis system can display the statements of each module on the vehicle according the dashboard or failure indicated light. The second part is the design of wheel-hub motor and its drive and control system. The motor is directly mounted inside wheel and controlled by TMS320F2812 DSP drive system to obtain the stable and high efficiency four-wheel direct drive system. In addition, the drive system can cooperate with the direction change control and parking radar system to achieve intelligent and automatic parking ability. The third part is the intelligent battery management system in which the portable compound battery management system (PCBMS) is composed of a set of high energy density battery, and the major power is offered by a high power density battery installed on the vehicle. Through DC/DC converters, the power mechanism for LEV is achieved. The last part is to design the entirely, human-nature and comfortable appearance and interior deployment based on the user-center concept through the analysis of life-style and function demands in feature city to satisfy the esthetics and expectation of future life. The most important feature of this project is the adopting of the “mother-board” concept from the personal computer. All the modules of LEV connect to the mother-board type vehicle controlling module via CAN Bus or USB. Thus, users can fabricate, modify, or repair the LEV according their requirements and preferences easily and conveniently. Moreover, the direction change control of the vehicle controlling module can cooperate the wheel-hub motor drive, control system and radar system to achieve intelligent and automatic parking ability accurately. Furthermore, the intelligent diagnosis system can read the history of failure information and failure parameters to offer fast and efficient maintaining suggestions. In summary, the proposed LEV possesses creative and advance technology and can be the main stream of the future transportations. ; 研究期間 9712 ~ 9811
