鑑於韓國電視文化產業風靡亞洲的成效,本文試圖找尋其成功之因素,希望能夠讓客家電視台作為參考之依據;本文透過「組織架構」、「人才培育」、「行銷推廣」、「資金協助」這四個面向來探討客家電視台目前所遭遇之困境與難題,藉由了解韓國電視文化產業,提供客家電視台經營策略之參考。 本研究之經營策略建議如下: 壹、 設立客家專業影視人才之大專院校 貳、 持續開設客家數位傳播學院 參、 培養具有國際觀人才 肆、 設立客家影視發展基金會 伍、 儘速修改公廣法條例 陸、 確立客家電視台之定位 柒、 聘請明星代言推廣客家戲劇 捌、 走入客家鄉鎮 玖、 增加客家電視台之預算 壹拾、 客家事務委員會額外挹注 壹拾壹、 簡化行政方面之程序 壹拾貳、 解決雙頭馬車之疑慮 壹拾參、 提升客家電視台內部競爭力 In view of Asian to the South Korean TV culture industries , this article attempts to pursue factor of the its success, hoped can let the Hakka TV station take basis of the reference; This article penetrates "the organization overhead construction", "the talented person cultivates", "the marketing promotion", "the fund assistance" these four faces discusses the Hakka TV station at present to encounter the difficult position and the difficult problem, the affiliation by understood the South Korean TV culture industry, provides the Hakka TV to manage reference the strategy.
