非營利組織產業化是目前非營利組織增加財源的一種趨勢，本研究的兩個非營利組織個案，都是希望透過推展產業化，來增加組織的財源。因此本研究欲了解這兩個組織推展產業化的現況與所面臨的問題、以及對組織的影響為何？對組織外部的影響為何？並希望提供非營利組織產業化之相關建議。 本研究方法是採用質化方法的深度訪談法，訪問較具代表性、知名度以及有持續推展產業化的非營利組織。本研究結果發現，這兩個組織在推展產業化時，均有達到社會與經濟的面向。但是組織內部都面臨到一些相同的問題，如人力不足、組織尚未準備產業化的心態，以及非營利組織在推展產業化時，遇到組織 使命漂移的問題、對外則是遇到與其他非營利組織、政府等社會資本的增減的問題。 The current trend to increase the source of wealth in non-profit organization is commercialization. Both of the two non-profit organization cases in this research hope to promote commercialization to increase the source of wealth. Therefore the purpose of the research is to understand these two organizations which promote commercializationnow and what kinds of questions they face and what influences the organization? What influences the external organization? And this research hopes to afford correlative suggestions to the non-profit organizations which commercializing. Basing on the qualitative research method, the research adopts in-depth interviews to visit representative, known and constant promoting commercialization in non-profit organizations. The research discovers that both of these two non-profit organizations which promoting commercialization achieve social and economical phases. But both of the internal organizations face the same problems, such as lack of manpower and it is not yet to prepare commercialization. When the organizations promote commercialization, they face the organizational mission disorientation and external problems are other non-profit organizations and government which make fluctuation in social capital.
