The research that is mainly probes into the relationship between the ethnic economy of Singapore and the cultures of hakka. One of hakka people in Da-Pu, Lan qiu-shan, has begun to manage the first pawnshop in singapore since 1872, and because one of fujian people, Liu king-ban, helped him to set up his own business. However, the relationship of ethnicity is more and more important in the final period of pawn business. Through the internet of ethnicity group, more and more hakka people from former township in Da-Pu to participate in pawnshops of singapore who began the ethnicity industries for over one hundred years. In nowadays 2008, hakka people in Da-Pu work in pawn business in Singapore, their right of management still reach 80% to 90%. Besides, does the personality of different ethnicities influence on the attitude of management?
