由於近年來文化創意產業的興起,加上上網人口逐年增加且日趨成熟,基於此,本研究希望研究文化創意產業的網站品質為何?並從文獻中整理出屬於文化創意產業的指標,以內容分析的方法,針對經濟部文化創意產業專屬網站做評估,最後再以深度訪談的方式,訪問較具代表性的文化創意產業網站的業者。研究結果發現:網站功能構面發現:一、網站連結許多錯誤;二、網站建置多以委外的方式設計;三、經營困境主要為伺服器不穩、人力不足等現象;四、基本功能齊全,互動功能宜再加強。文化創意構面發現:一、政府機構及美術類文化創意網站居多;二、品質較優的網站仍以政府機構為主;三、文化創意產業網站以非物質呈現居多;四、顧客類型以一般民眾為主;五、創意表現仍顯不足;六、族群文化的網站寥寥可數。政策建議:一、網址若更改應同步向相關網站一併更改;二、落實民眾本位;三、推廣WEB2.0製作網站;四、網站加強流量分析;五、加強地方產業特色;六、重視網站的內容深度及廣度;七:客委會輔導客家文化團體網站設計團隊;八:客委會自行研發網站模板等。 As a result of Culture Industry comes up and increasing the number of people surfing the internet. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the website’s quality of Culture Industry with Content Analysis and In-Depth Interview. As well as to sort out the index of Culture Industry in literature. The research result turns out to be as flollows: Website’s Function Perspectives: 1.Some website’s have wrong address. 2.The websites always use outsourching type. 3.It is mainly unstable for server to manage the predicament and employee is insufficient. 4.The basic function was complete but the interaction function should be better. Culture Industry Perspectives: 1. The government and art websites are more and excellent. 2.The Culture Industry always show as nonmaterial. 3.Gereranl customer is the mainly group. 4.The websites of ethnicity's culture are few. The suggestion of policy as follows: first, the website’s address should remember to change with related website. Second, assording as the public to do websites and use WEB2.0 to design. Third, enhance the flow analysis and content besides develop the local culturl industry. Forth, The Council for Hakka Affairs Executive Yuan have a guidance for Hakka culture group establish a design team and research the moldboard to supply for other team..
