Abstract:	本論文以中溫水熱合成法合成三個化合物，分別是磷酸鋁、磷酸銦以及亞磷酸銦三個化合物，其分類如下： 1. [NH3(CH2)3NH3][Al3(OH)2(PO4)3]·H2O 2. (H3DETA)[In3(HPO4)6]·H2O 3. (1,2-H2DACH)[In3(HPO3)4(H2PO3)3] 三個化合物的共同點在於他們都是具有隧洞三維結構的化合物。結構的組成上都是由金屬以及磷酸根透過角共用的方式連接而形成。化合物1是屬正交晶系，空間群為Pbca（No. 61）的化合物，其中鋁包含了五、六兩種配位同時存在，屬於蠻特殊的情形，此外，化合物沿著 [010] 方向具有十員環的隧洞。化合物2以及化合物3同屬單斜晶系，空間群也都是C2/c（No. 15），他們也都具有八員環的隧洞分別沿著 [010] 以及 [001] 的方向。論文中也同時使用能量分散式X-光螢光光譜儀、粉末X光繞射儀、元素分析儀、熱重量分析儀以及固態核磁共振儀對化合物做性質上的研究。關於化合物1將於第二章詳述，另外，化合物2和化合物3則在第三章有較詳細的介紹。
