摘 要 以水熱合成法合成含不同過渡金屬之鋁磷分子篩﹙V、Cu、Ni及Fe﹚,以粉末X-ray繞射圖譜確定其分子篩結構,均為正確的結果。27Al及31P MAS-NMR結果顯示所合成的鋁磷分子篩,其Al及P均是以四面體的形式存在於骨架中,誘導偶電漿質譜儀﹙ICP-MS﹚測試結果顯示出,膠體中的金屬離子無法完全嵌入鋁磷分子篩的結構中,其難易程度為V最難,Cu次之,然後是Ni,Fe最容易。電子顯微鏡技術測知其晶體結構為柱狀,且集結成一團團的圓橢球狀,由紫外光-可見光﹙UV-Vis﹚光譜及電子順磁共振光譜,可判斷出過渡金屬在鋁磷分子篩中的價數:VAPO-5﹙V4+、V5+﹚、CuAPO-5﹙Cu2+﹚、NiAPO-5﹙Ni2+﹚、FeAPO-5﹙Fe3+﹚。其BET表面積約在250~350之間,大小順序為NiAPO-5﹥FeAPO-5﹥AlPO4-5﹥VAPO-5﹥CuAPO-5。由程溫還原測試各鋁磷分子篩的還原性,發現CuAPO-5具有三階段還原,分別在150℃~250℃、250℃~300℃及300℃~400℃, VAPO-5在400℃~500℃有還原峰產生,FeAPO-5及NiAPO-5均是在高溫下才有還原峰產生。最後以含浸銅觸媒進行NO/CO反應性測試,顯士出此觸媒有不錯的催化活性且可看出過渡金屬在此反應中扮演重要的角色。 Aluminophophates with AFI structure have been prepared by hydrothermal synthesis, characterized by several physicochemical techniques﹙i.e., XRD、Solid State MAS NMR、UV-Vis、EPR、TPR、BET、ICP-MAS and SEM﹚and tested for the NO/CO reactions. The influence of the different synthesis parameters, particulary the content and the pH of the gel and the presence of complexing agents, has been studied. The metal atoms are incorporated as isolated metal ions in square pyramidal or distorted octahedal environments. After calcinations in air, most of the V4+ ions are oxidized to V5+ in square pyramidal or octahedral symmetry, which envolve toward tetrahedral coordination upon dehydration. The MeAPO-5 supported copper catalysts are active and selective for the NO/CO reactions. Their catalytic properties are better than the MeAPO.
