Asteroids are the major members in Solar system quantitatively. The surface composition of asteroids is an important factor to determine their evolutional history as well as their interaction to other Solar system bodies. Rotationally resolved spectroscopy can be used to study the surface variations of asteroids. We used Hiyoyu spectrometer attached to Lulin One-meter telescope to perform observations on 12 asteroids in 2011. Data reduction is done with standard IRAF program. We found three asteroids show significant variation during our observation. Further studies are needed to confirm whether these variations are compositional differences on their surface.
