    Title: 將LED光源與積分柱結合之攜帶式DLP投影機光路設計

    Abstract: 我們提出以LED 為光源,且將LED 與積分柱(Rod)結合的攜帶式DLP 投影機,尺寸大小為78.9 mm×71.5 mm×20 mm。LED 直接封裝在積分柱入口端,使得積分柱不僅為均勻化光線的元件,亦是光源。再搭配兩片聚光透鏡成為攜帶式DLP 投影機的照明系統。此架構不僅將照明系統長度縮減到只剩17.21 mm,也縮減光源的發光角度。而積分柱的外型是呈現喇叭狀,會如此設計的目的在於一方面是希望能夠有效的縮減光線出光角度,另一方面是盼能遵循光展量守恆,避免光能量在系統各元件上造成耗損,盡可能將耗損能降至最低。目標是攜帶式DLP投影機能夠成為高效能高均勻度的投影機。目標預估,均勻度(ANSI)約70%,光效率約37.23%。模擬結果,均勻度(ANSI)約68%,光效率大約15.3%。We present an LED for light source, and the mobile DLP projector combine the LED with rod and that size of 78.9 mm×71.5 mm×20 mm.The LED is directly packaged in the rod entrance side, the rod is not only the homogenizer, but also a light source. And addition to two condensers lens becomes light system of the mobile DLP projector. This architecture not only allowed for a reduction in the length of light system in 17.21 mm,but also reduced the angle of rays emitted from the LED with the rod.The rod is trumpet-shape in the form, the purpose of the design has hopedof reduced the angle of rays emitted from the LED, and follow conservation of throughput. To avoid energy was wasted from components, and reduce as low as possible. We goal becomes high performance and high uniformity mobile DLP projector. Our target had made projection of ANSI of 70% and efficiency of 37.23%. The simulation resulted of ANSI of 68% and efficiency of 15.3%.
