本研究主要為優化稜鏡陣列用於單鏡頭立體相機系統的成像品質。利用光學設計軟體Code V設計出一個像機鏡組,接著設計稜鏡陣列置於鏡頭前,得到立體影像對,分析稜鏡所造成的光學畸變與橫向色差。本研究首先討論稜鏡的色差理論,稜鏡陣列的角度關係,再提出稜鏡置於相機鏡頭前的初階設計,接著在光學軟體Code V中在透鏡鏡組前建立稜鏡陣列模型,利用鏡組參數做變數作優化設計。本研究後段引入兩片稜鏡消色差的方法,利用matlab與excel程式撰寫兩片稜鏡消色差的程式,挑選消色差能力最好的塑膠材料組合,設計成兩層稜鏡陣列單鏡頭立體相機,最後利用LightTools光學模擬軟體模擬成像圖形並驗證本研究成果。In this study, it is primary to optimize the image quality of the stereo-camera with only single-lens using micro-prism array. We first design a camera by using the optical design software Code V, and then put designed micro-prism array in front of the camera so that we can get the stereo image pairs. And we discuss and analysis the chromatic aberration and distortion of the stereo image pairs we get. In this study, we first discuss the theory of prism, and the relationship between the light angle and prism apex angle. And then we discuss the theory of changing of ideal image height. We used the optical design software setting the parameter of the lens to be variable in order to solve the chromatic aberration and distortion made by prism-array. After the optimization, although we solve the distortion problem of the stereo-image plane, but there is still chromatic aberration in the small field of the image plane. So in this study we used the method of chromatic aberration decreasing by using two prisms. Using the software matlab and excel to write a program to pick up the most useful plastic material combination to solve the chromatic aberration. Finally, the researcher designs a stereo-camera with single-lens by using two micro-prisms array, and simulates the study to verify the theory working by using the optical software LightTools.
