    Abstract: 近年來自動化高效率篩選、固相組合式化學和平行式合成的快速發展引起製藥界廣泛的注意,已成為加速新藥研發過程中一項重要而不可或缺的工具。 由文獻中可以發現許多具有isoquinolinones 及 carbolinones 結構的化合物都有生物活性,因此我們希望利用組合式化學可以一次合成大量衍生物的特性來尋找具有活性的化合物。 在本論文研究中,我們成功地發展出新的方法,將組合式化學應用在isoquinolinones 及 carbolinones 分子庫的合成上,藉由改變不同的alkyl取代基,來得到一系列的衍生物。 Combinatorial solid-phase synthesis is a powerful tool for new drug research, by which libraries of structural distinct molecules can be synthesized quickly and then be submitted for biological testing. Many natural and synthetic products having the skeleton of isoquinolinones and carbolinones exhibit important biological active properties. Applying combinatorial solid-phase synthesis to the libraries of isoquinolinones and carbolinones, we have demonstrated a new synthetic strategy to the successful application.
