    摘要: 近年來歐、美、日等工業先進國家致力發展二十一世紀的新式先進燃煤技術,如整合型氣化煤複循環系統(IGCC, Integrated Gasification Combined-Cycle),這些系統均會產生高溫高壓之氣體及飛灰,在進入氣渦輪機前必須有效的控制,方能使系統有效運作。 去年計畫(名稱:高溫燃氣淨化技術應用與發展)採用已成功開發之三維流動式兩階段顆粒床過濾器及其週邊系統,並依據此系統建立一套冷性能過濾效率資料庫,其中實驗操作參數採用三種中擋板長度(40 mm、80 mm、120 mm)、三種進口自由面風速(7.4 cm/s、12.3 cm/s、17.2 cm/s)及三種濾材質量流率(110 g/min、330 g/min、660 g/min)等。實驗結果指出,以中擋板長度120 mm、自由面風速7.4 cm/s及濾材質量流率330 g/min的操作參數下可得到最高的過濾效率99.56%及較佳的粒徑分佈,不過冷性能過濾效率資料庫的建立仍未臻完備,因此本年度計畫中將針對影響過濾器效率的參數部分再進行探討,如不同雙濾材質量流率、粗細顆粒床高度(即不同過濾自由面)等,盼以進一步解析兩階段過濾器系統中最重要的過濾效率指標,以獲得最佳過濾效率及出口粉塵粒徑。 因此在計畫中將採用不同粗、細濾材質量流率(110/330 g/min、110/660 g/min、330/110 g/min、330/660 g/min、660/110 g/min、660/330 g/min)並搭配不同粗、細顆粒床高度(高粗顆粒床/細顆粒床低、低粗顆粒床/細顆粒床高、低粗顆粒床/細顆粒床低)等來進行冷性能過濾效率測試,期間測量紀錄床體間壓降變化與過濾效率,並以實驗結果進行出口粉塵粒徑分析,而藉以探討比較此兩種操作參數對過濾效率、整體床體壓降行為及粉塵粒徑間的影響性。 而由上述計畫執行三維冷性能兩階段過濾系統測試模型實驗所得之結果,將可作為未來進行三維兩階段熱模系統建置與實驗測試基礎,而計畫最終目標則是可為建立商業化之高溫燃氣流動式兩階段顆粒床過濾系統而邁進。 ; The Integrated gasification combined-cycle system for power generation and the advanced coal-fired power plants have been developed in United States, Europe and Japan in recent years. High temperature gases are generated during the gasification the biomass or the coal. The high temperature gases contain many dust particulates and fly ashes which should be filtrated before entering gas turbine. This project extended results of previous year with the successful development of a 3D two-stage filtration system. In accordance to the results of previous year, the database of cold test of filtration efficiency has been created. The three parameters of central plate length, inlet surface velocity, and media mass flow rate also have been discussed. The results pointed out that the highest filtration efficiency of 99.56% and better particle distribution can be obtained in central plate length of 120 mm, free surface velocity of 7.4 cm/s and media mass flow rate of 330 g/min. However, the creation of a database of cold test filtration efficiency yet completes. So the parameters of dual-media mass flow rate and level of granular bed will be analyzed in this year. During the cold test of efficiency of filtration in this year, the parameters of dual-media mass flow rate (110/330 g/min、110/660 g/min、330/110 g/min、330/660 g/min、660/110 g/min、660/330 g/min) and different level of granular bad (high granular bad of coarse sand/low granular bad of fine sand、low granular bad of coarse sand/high granular bad of fine sand、low granular bad of coarse sand/low granular bad of fine sand) will be employed. The measurement of pressure drop and efficiency of filtration in this two-stage filtration system will be recorded and analyzed. The two parameters of operation will be changed during cold test in order to compare the effects of filtration efficiency and pressure drop. With the result of this project, we can design the 3D two-stage moving granular bed for the hot test. The final goal of the project, we wish the design rules for the commercialized moving granular bed filter can be developed. ; 研究期間 10201 ~ 10212
