    Abstract: 本文合成出主體為苯-乙烯-乙炔之單體,其單體是一邊為三甲基矽保護的炔基,另一邊為芳香碘的重氮官能基。利用Pd做為催化試劑的Sonogashira反應合成,形成含四聚合與六聚合共軛寡分子的PPV衍生物。然而在尾端基去保護後合成一端為苯-乙炔,再另一端分別接上phenylacetylene、p-(N,N-dimethylamino)phenylacetylene、 Diphenylamine及N-phenyl-1- naphthylamine做為取代基。合成出僅有苯-乙烯-乙炔的四聚合物與六聚合物與含有胺基的四聚合物與六聚合物。擁有胺基的四聚合與六聚合由循環伏安法測得具有較低的電子游離能。沒有胺基的四聚合物與六聚合物相較具有胺基的四聚合與六聚合的化合物在螢光表現上有偏紅光的現象。 在元件的製作上,利用小分子傳導電子的元件為Glass/ITO/PEDOT:PSS/4mer3/TPBI(30 nm)/Alq3(40 nm)/ Mg:Ag(1:10)其中在17.5V電流的時候會有最大的亮度為190 cd/m2,turn on voltage為5V、最大量子效率為0.045% We synthesised two series oligomer of PL material which have functional group of phenylacetylene、p-(N,N-dimethylamino)phenylacetylene、 Diphenylamine and N-phenyl-1- naphthylamine. Then use these material making device to study its properties.
