    摘要: 鑽井工程為傳統產業,作業場所屬高風險場所,勞工從業意願低落,引入新人不易,在現有人力短缺下,有效應用現有人員與機具,攸關營運成本與利潤,傳統上鑽井工程資源指派,大都由決策者依個人習慣與經驗指派,缺乏系統性與科學化排程規劃,常造成資源浪費、成本增加、時間虛耗及鑽井完成率偏低等缺失。本研究針對上述問題進行研究,依竹苗地區特殊地質條件,所需鑽井數量,設定限制條件,發展出指派最佳化之數學整數規劃模式,並利用LINGO8.0套裝軟體來規劃求解,達到資源充分指派目的;且依據各不相同條件、資源,限制其互異性與調整參數設定,迅速規劃指派及預先分包處理。為驗證本模式之合理性與適用性,本研究以竹苗地區中型鑽井業現有資源為範例測試,並與傳統人工經驗指派結果相互比較,最佳化模式指派結果確實較人工經驗指派合理且更有效率,顯示本研究可運用於實務上各鑽井工程指派相關問題。關鍵字:鑽井工程、資源指派、最佳化。
    Abstract
    The job site in traditional drilling industries is a high-risk area. This means that for labor practitioners the introduction of new people to existing manpower supplies is not easy, leading to the existence of a manpower shortage. This affects the effective application of existing staff and equipment, operating costs and profits for traditional drilling engineering companies. Resource assignments are mostly made by decision-makers according to personal habits and experience with assignments and scheduling. The lack of systematic and scientific planning often results in a waste of resources, increased costs, wasted time and low drilling completion rates. This study examines the above issues for operations in the Hsinchu and Miaoli areas considering the special geological conditions and the required number of wells, as well as setting limits. A mathematical optimization programming model is developed using the LINGO8.0 Solver software package to achieve the purpose of full resource assignments. Assignments are made based on different conditions, resources. Parameter settings are adjusted for the rapid advance planning assignment and subcontracting process. An example is used in order to verify the rationality and applicability of the model. The research area is located at Zhumiao for a medium-sized drilling company. The example includes existing resources and experience. Comparison of the results with traditional manual assignment results shows the optimal mode assignment results to be more reasonable than those obtained with manual methods, demonstrating that this process can be applied to practical issues related to drilling project assignment.Keywords: drilling engineering, resource assignment,optimization.
