    Title: 銅錯合物催化碳-氮偶合反應之研究

    Abstract: 此實驗使用含氮雜環碳烯銅錯合物,確保反應過程中配位基不會脫離或使用不含配位基的銅(I)金屬作為催化劑,進行碳-氮偶合反應,在使用含氮雜環碳烯銅錯合物催化系統中發現,含有大量的碳-碳偶合產物,且反應性高過於原本的預期的碳-氮偶合反應,使用不同極性溶劑對於碳-氮和碳-碳的生成比例會造成影響,改變含氮雜環碳烯的立體大小或推電子能力對於碳-氮和碳-碳的選擇性擇性影響很小。除此之外,在碳-氮偶合反應中使用氧化亞銅作為催化劑在不使用配位基條件下對也可以有效進行反應,氧化亞銅不溶於溶劑中,該條件下可能為異相催化反應,藉由增加催化劑量來增加接觸面積,探討氧化亞銅是否為勻相催化。
    In this article, we applied the IMes-Cu-Cl complex to make sure ligand can bond with metal in C-N Cross Coupling Reaction. According to the experiment results, using the IMes-Cu-Cl complex in the reaction. We find the reactivity of C-C Cross Coupling is better than C-N Cross Coupling.Changing the steric hindrance or electronic effect of catalyst not cause significant effect in the reaction.Using the differdent polar solvent can improve the C-N Cross Coupling reactivity.On the other hand, Cu2O shows good reactivity in C-N Cross Coupling Reaction. Even Cu2O has poor solubility. To clarify whether the reaction goes under heterogeneous catalyst or not, we compared different loading amount of Cu2O.
