    Abstract: 本研究要點是設計一個全天候監視器鏡頭,所使用感光元件可感應的光源為可見光至近紅外線波段。此監視器鏡頭在白天時需加入紅外線截止濾光片,做可見光監視錄影;而在夜晚時,移開紅外線截止濾光片,增加一個近紅外光源(750 nm-950 nm)輔助照明,可做可見光至近紅外光之監視錄影;當夜晚光線不足時,可使用此近紅外光源做照明並針對近紅外光之監視錄影。在本篇內容主要針對此一監視鏡頭設計,分別對可見光、可見光至近紅外光、與近紅外光三個波段做成像品質與公差分析,使此鏡頭在白天和夜晚都可接收清晰的影像,做到全天候監控的功效。
    This paper focuses on designing an all-weather surveillance camera
    Sensor can receive the light from the visible to near-infrared light. Surveillance camera IR cut filter must be added to make visible video surveillance in the daytime, IR cut filter removed at night, add a near-infrared light(750 nm-950 nm)auxiliary illumination, do video surveillance from the visible to near-infrared light, using near- infrared light to make illumination and near-infrared light for video surveillance when insufficient light at night.
    This thesis mainly designed for this one surveillance camera, analysis of image quality and tolerance are in the visible, the visible to near-infrared light, and near-infrared light of these three bands, this camera during the day and night can receive clear image achieve all-weather monitoring effect.
