    Abstract: 台灣本島處於四面環海且無天然地形阻隔,陽光普照,自然風力及太陽能資源極為豐富的情況下,綠能的開發以及用能效率的提升,必將能改善在可用能源枯竭後的新能源需求,並能達到「再生」、「低碳」、「零污」的居住環境;在大量使用這些眾多綠能設備的同時,為快速瞭解並能即時的監測設備的健康狀況,所以我們設計與實作了一套以Android行動平台實現無線電力監控系統。
    在本系統中,我們整合電力量測技術、嵌入式系統,透過無線通訊及RS-485將所收集到的資料傳送至資料庫,經由資料庫分析與運算不同的應用,結合了Android 行動式平台,運用智慧終端設備與應用服務,以便能使維護人員不管在什麼地方,只要拿起行動裝置便能即時監控太陽能面板之健康與其他電力使用狀況,假設在莫大的太陽能發電廠,本系統更能透過GPS 定位系統,能清楚知道故障設備的方位,並且在地圖上指引導航路線,省去操作人員尋找故障設備的時間;當系統偵測出異常時,亦能在行動裝置上即時發出警報信號告知操作人員。
    Taiwan is an island surrounded by sea without natural barrier. In addition, Taiwan enjoys warm weather all year round. Due to the climate advantage, Taiwan has plentiful resource of solar energy, wind energy. Therefore, developing green energy and improving usage of energy efficiency are not also promoting new energy sources to modify the condition of source shortage but also achieving the living environment with renewable, carbon, zero pollution living environment. We can image the superabundant green energy devices may be activated at the same time, in order to quickly review and immediately monitor the condition of equipment, we designed and implements a set of Android mobile platform wireless power monitoring system.
    In this system, we integrate power measurement technology and embedded systems to collect data through the wireless transmission. The database analysis and operation will combined with the Android mobile platform, wisdom terminal equipment and application services. The maintenance staffs can monitor solar panels on health and other equipment’s energy using condition by mobile device in any location. Even in the large-scale solar power plants, the system can monitor the location of breakdown’s equipment through GPS positioning system and guidance navigation route on the map to save time the breakdowns. On mobile device can send an alarm signal to inform maintenance staffs when the system detects unusual status.
