    摘要: 本研究以樹脂業為例,研究目的為「樹脂廢水處理再利用系統之建立」,主要是將樹脂廠既有廢水處理系統各處理單元先進行出流水與進流水水質分析與處理單元功能分析後,再依既有廢水處理系統之各處理單元進行檢討分析,然後在依照檢討後之問題進行評估,以改良或新增的方式進行重新規劃設計與建置廢水處理系統,以廢水處理系統之排放水經過長期的水質追蹤後,確認廢水處理系統的排放水水質達到預期水質標準後,將廢水處理系統排放水取樣後送至研究廠的研發單位與現場製程實際使用以作為驗證,欲期日後將其廢水處理系統之排放水回收再利用作為製程用水以提高水資源的再利用,ㄧ方面減少樹脂廠於工業生產過程中的廢水處理系統排放水對於環境的正面衝擊,減少因廢水處理系統的排放水所帶來對於環境生態系的破壞,以降低工業廢水排放河川後所造成的負面影響,另ㄧ方面解決因工業廢水排放河川後,鄰近居民對於研究廠的不良感官想法與其他一些因工業廢水排放所引起的爭議與補償,並可延長水井使用年限增加樹脂廠的競爭力。
    This study is the resin industry as an example. Research purposes as "resin wastewater treatment and reclamation reuse system establish". Mainly to the resin plant wastewater treatment system of the existing processing units, carry effluent water and influent water of quality analysis and functional analysis of the processing unit. Then follow the existing wastewater treatment system to conduct a review of the analysis of each processing unit, after reviewing the issue in accordance with assessment.
    For improvement or new ways to re-planning、design and establish wastewater treatment system, wastewater treatment systems to discharge water over a long period after the water quality tracking. Confirm wastewater treatment systems to achieve the desired water quality of discharge water quality standards,will wastewater treatment system be sampled of discharge water to the analysis of Research and Development Unit are compared with the actual situation. After the wastewater treatment system of discharge water can recycling as Production water in order to improve water reuse.
    While reducing the resin plant in the industrial production process of waste water treatment systems that discharge a positive impact on the environment, reduce effluent wastewater treatment system to the environment caused by the destruction of the ecosystem in order to reduce post-industrial waste water caused rivers negative impact.
    Other partition aspects address the industrial wastewater discharge rivers, the nearby residents for the study of plant adverse sensory ideas and some other industrial wastewater discharge due to disputes arising and compensation, and extend the useful life of wells increased resin plant's competitiveness.
