    Abstract: 太陽能電池的發電量,若要有最大的發電效率,必須藉由追日控制器使太陽能電池保持正對著太陽,在市面上常見的追日控制器有主動式的方式如光感測器與被動式的如使用太陽能軌跡公式,兩種控制器各有優劣。光感測器成本雖不高、安裝精度要求亦不高,但容易受到氣候與環境的影響;軌跡公式法雖然不受天氣影響,但機構安裝誤差要求高、定位必須精準。
    本研究自行設計的控制器以量產為目標,改良了許多被動式控制器的缺點與成本上的問題,將之與市面上販售的光感測器追日控制器安裝於相同的追蹤器上進行追日,二者輸出功率做比較,由實驗的結果可證明,本研究所設計的方位角齒輪比與仰角公式配合軌跡方程式在PV系統上,成效相當好。
    The output power of the solar cell want to rise, we have to keep facing the sun directly any time. In general, there are many tracker controller, active tracker controller, passive tracker controller, mixed tracker controller. The active tracker controller used of light sensor. And the passive tracker controller used of solar formula. They all have strengths and weaknesses. The cost of light sensor is expensive, and mechanism set up not should be accurate. But the light sensor always affected by the bad weather
    Used of formula tracker controller hardly affected by the weather, but the mechanism set up should be accurate and the orientation should be fixed accurately.
    We design the tracker controller to mass production. We improve many passive tracker of controller of defect and cost. We use the same tracker to compare the light sensor tracker controller and formula tracker controller. We analyze the output power. We prove to effect of excellence use of the formula of gear and elevation formula in PV system.
