    Abstract: 研究期間:10310~10408;GLOBE (Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment) Program is an educational and scientific program. The scientists collect data to understand the environment of Earth Sciences, students can also through the same way to learn more about our environment. Teachers can encourage students' interest in nature. Students have questions for the environment, through the process ,include record and analyze data to figure out the answer and discuss in relation to data and reporting with new insights. These are GLOBE Program an integral part of the process, and let students to experience real science. This project (GLOBE TAIWAN PROGRAM) with Taiwan's participation in international GLOBE (Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment) project, so that high school students have the opportunity to personally involved in the field of atmospheric environmental observation, and uploaded the collected data to the GLOBE international scientific databases. Guide students to use these data in the scientific case studies, lead students to care about the local and global environment, and to improve the school and community environment. GLOBE Program through the school network, whcieh gather students, teachers and scientists to study and research through the GLOBE Program. This project, the participating students and students from around the world to communicate with each other and discuss the diverse and common environmental problems. GLOBE through mainly students from around the world to collect information related to the measurement environment to explore the earth system. The benefits of participation in GLOBE teacher can adjust the direction of the students to meet the curriculum required students interested in where. The students via cognitive observe, analyze, compare, discuss and induction, on the one hand, enhance the environmental literacy of students can develop the interest and ability of the scientific research on the one hand, and is an active learning and exploration.
