    Abstract: 中文摘要 我們利用開環置換法(Ring-Opening Metathesis Polymerization)備置了一系列的非共軛接枝高分子聚合物(PB、PN、PTO、PTR),除了PB外都具有電洞傳送的性質,這一系列的高分子聚合物有相當好的熱穩定性,改善了以往電洞傳輸材料熱穩定性不佳的缺點,高分子聚合物的螢光放射在藍光區的範圍,其中以PN的量子產率最高(Φf=18.73%)。我們利用這一系列的高分子聚合物以旋轉塗佈法的方式製作元件,以PTO為發光層所製作的元件ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PTO/Ca/Al具有單層發白光的現象(CIE座標 x=0.34,y=0.32),操作電壓14V時得最大亮度為10cd/m2,而以PN為發光層的元件IT0/PN/TPBI/LiF/Al為藍光元件,元件的最大亮度為170cd/m2。因為此一系列的高分子聚合物具有電洞傳輸功能,所以我們搭配Alq3製作元件討論電洞傳送的效率,希望可以當作新的電洞傳輸材料。最後再將藍光材料PN和本實驗室所合成的紅光材料poly(cyanhMe)搭配製作成白光元件,其元件結構為ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer blend/Ca/Al,CIE座標為x=0.35,y=0.31,最大亮度16 cd/m2,為了提高效率我們加入電洞阻擋層製作元件ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer blend/TPBI/Al,其最大亮度265 cd/m2,光色接近白光(CIE座標x=0.29,y=0.29)。 Abstract A series of polyolefins bearing hole-transport arylamine moieties (PN, PTO, PTR) were prepared by ring-opening metathesis polymerization. The resulting polymers showed good thermal stability. Their PL spectra exhibit a band in the range of 375-425nm in blue-violet region. The PN has the highest fluorescence quantum yields in dichloromethane (Φf=18.73%). PLED device using PTO as a single emitting layer (ITO/PEDOT: PSS/PTO/Ca/Al) displayed white color (CIE coordinates: x=0.34, y=0.32), with maximum luminescence 10cd/m2 at an applied voltage of 14V. The LED device of PN (ITO/PN/TPBI/LiF/Al) emitted blue light, with maximal brightness 170cd/m2. The devices using these polymers as hole-transporting layer showed that they can be used as effective hole-transporting materials. The white LED device using polymer blends ( poly(cyanhMe) dopped in PN) were fabricated (ITO/PEDOT:PSS/polymer blends/Ca/Al), with maximal luminescence at 16cd/m2 and CIE coordinate at (0.35, 0.31). In order to enhance the efficiency, a layer of hole-blocking material was added in (ITO/PEDOT: PSS/polymer blends/TPBI/Al). It emitted near white color (CIE coordinate: x=0.29, y=0.29) with the maximal brightness of 265cd/m2.
