    Abstract: 研究期間:10108~10207;In this proposal, we will study two subjects (1) interaction between chirality and fluid flow, (2) dynamics of levitated granular particles as a model of equilibrium and non-equilibrium statistical mechanics. In the first subject, both theoretical and experimental works will be carried to understand how objects with different chirality response to flow fluid and how the hydrodynamic interaction between particles are affected by the chirality. In the second subject the study will be mainly experimental. Particles suspended on an air table will be observed with various particle shape, inter-particle interaction, and particle composition (binary system, etc).
