研究期間：10108~10207;In the last five years I have been working with the support of the NCU Visual Culture Grant. I have been writing on Taiwanese movies. These essays were then given as papers in international conferences in England, Holland and Taiwan. Once I had revised the papers I sought publishers and have managed to publish four essays in international peer reviewed journals. I have also had two of the articles translated into Chinese as chapters in Taiwanese books on Taiwan arts and films. I now would like to collect all these articles and publish an English collection with an opening and a closing chapter describing the results of my studies, concerning the adaptation methods of Taiwanese films for global audiences.
