    Abstract: 研究期間:10108~10207;This is a two-year product development research project. It will focus on the problem while applying the heat transfer enhanced fin arrays on the personal computer cooling systems. There are major problems that the heat transfer performance of off-set-strip and louver fins in the computer cooling systems is not as good as those used in the air-condition systems: (a) optimum design on the strip length of the fin, (2) appropriate fan selection. The research will firstly redesign the dimensions of the fins according to there various operating conditions for personal computers. Then select appropriate fan for each fin array to be an integrated cooling module. Finally, test and improve the module performance and apply it in the practical computer cooling system. It is expected that the results of the research will effectively increase the computer cooling performance and reduce the size of the cooling module.
