    Abstract: 研究期間:10208~10307;Due to the advantage of production under the low-temperature and saving cost of silicon wafer, heterojunction silicon solar cells has become a significant subject in the academic and industrial field. This project aims at improvement of heterojunction silicon solar cells with the application of combining the etching technology of nanosphere and quantum dots feature. Te direction of project execution: 1. By the use of etching technology of nanosphere, we’ll fabricate large size motheye-like Si substrates containing super low-reflective rate, in the application for heterojunction silicon solar cells. 2. With the creation of CdSe quantum dots material which is able to absorb short wave solar source, and turn the absorbed light into long wave solar source which performs a better absorbent quality in the c-Si, in order to improve the efficiency of heterojunction silicon solar cells. This project expects to achieve the following targets: 1. Fabricate 6” motheye-like Si substrates for the application of heterojunction silicon solar cells. 2. Combine the motheye-like Si substrates and CdSe quantum dots materials to improve the efficiency of heterojunction silicon solar cells.
