研究期間:10108~10207;The research is focus on how to enhance the reliability of warming system for disaster management due to typhoon. To aim at flood damage, the real-time information of flood prediction is the major dependency for disaster prevention. To aim at flood integrated modeling and predictions for basins, this research adopt FEWS_Taiwan (Flood Early Warning System in Taiwan). In order to evaluate the probability of disaster, all information and data of present research for hazards mitigation are integrated to model or database. There are four part in this research:weather and hydrology prediction; modeling; database of historical disasters; education of hazards mitigation. The first part is excuted by sub-project-1; second part is modeling for disaster of flood and landslide, include sub-project-2 ~ sub-project-5; third part build up the database of historical disasters by sub-project-6; education of hazards mitigation belong to sub-project-8.And sub-project-7 provides technical support of FEWS_Taiwan to integrate all models and datas from sub-project.
