摘要: | 研究期間:10208~10307;In this project, we propose an intelligent home-care and security system for all day, especially for the night. It arises to cope with the drastic need of environmental change of 3C technologies. We try to integrate inter-areas technologies, such as video surveillance, communication, and information security, to complement each self so as to uplift the practicality of the system. The drawback of CCD cameras in traditional surveillance environments is that they won’t work in dark environments. It hence hinders the practicality of the system in detecting abnormal events, such as people fall-down or intrusion, which are frequently occurs in the night. In the proposed all-day home care and security system, one traditional CCD camera, one infrared camera, and four kinect cameras are adopted to construct the system. Infrared camera is first triggered to extract foregrounds for human detection. Once it is detected as a human, kinect cameras deliver and analyze the depth and skeletal information for executing human behavior analysis. When abnormal events happen, the system will issue warning message to appropriate people and trigger indoor light and CCD camera to record and upload the human face with mosaicing to the server for forensic use. It consists of three main functions in our proposed system including home care, security surveillance, and DVR recording. In the home-care part, it consists of human detection, falling detection, and abnormal behavior analysis. In security surveillance part, it consists of intruder detection, multi-persons behavior analysis, and fire precaution. As to the DVR recording part, the system will trigger indoor light and CCD camera to record and upload the human face with mosaicing to the server for forensic use as long as abnormal events have been detected. The final goal of the proposed project is to construct an intelligent home care and home surveillance system which can function well all day without influencing by lighting conditions. The practicality and reliability of the system can thereby be highly uplifted to achieve real security surveillance purpose. |
