摘要: | 研究期間:10205~10304;The rapid development of science and technology in the area of the wireless communication is surely one of the signs of progress in today’s society. Wireless sensor network intimately connects technology with a variety of different industries through Internet communication, remote sensing of environment, and service innovation. By introducing electronics, electromechanics, information, communication, automation, and other relative techniques, we can create new industrial environments in every field. It can promote brand-new value chain system and provide us a safer, healthier, more convenient, and more comfortable daily life in the future. As a result, we will provide an intelligent power and clock managements, fabricated in 180 nm or 90 nm CMOS process, for the wireless sensor network application in this three-year project.In the first year, we will aim for researching the relative techniques on both power and clock managements. For power management, we will propose a power supply with low power consumption and high efficiency DC-DC converters for the entire system. For clock management, we will put our focus on how to reduce power consumption and clock skew. In the second year, our goal is to implement and verify the whole circuit/system design of the intelligent power and clock managements. Finally, in the third year, we plan to cooperate with other sub-projects in developing the entire wireless sensor network. To achieve the best integration, we will assist in design automation of the analog circuits. Moreover, we could also improve the reliability and correctness of our circuits through the integration. |
