    Abstract: 研究期間:10108~10207;Recent theoretical developments show that Sum of Squares (SOS) is an evolving technique that finds its way in many applications. With that, based on applicant’s recent publications, a new LMI formulation, based on monomial, is proposed. This proposal will demonstrate via examples that the proposed LMI is indeed more relaxed than existing papers. Furthermore, knowing that current development stops short at techniques developed by Profs. K. Tanaka and H.O. Wang, we in this project will apply this new idea with their techniques to tackle a polynomial system, hoping that the proposed LMI as well as SOS will provide some directions to study the stabilization problem of polynomial systems.
