    Abstract: 研究期間:10106~10205;The main purpose of this project is to design the optical structures of lens on the flash lamp for mobile phone. By using V-cut microstructures and Fresnel lens techniques to design a set of compound microstructures of mini-flashlight for cell phone. The goal of this project is to achieve the optical effect of high uniformity and efficiency. Besides, we use tolerance analysis and verify fabrication to pave the way for the development of micro-lens technology. The first stage of this project is literature collection of the patents for the flash lamp, and integrated analysis to draw patent management chart. The middle stage is to build up the ray-tracing program of the mathematical model which designs the optimal parameters of compound microstructures. After that we verify simulation and analysis by optical software to get the best uniformity and efficiency with different structures. Then we will reach different target specifications of the modular design to facilitate the practical application of products on demand, thereby increasing convenience and lower costs. The last stage is to fabricate the designed micro-lens with tolerance analysis by the manufacturing technology and equipment of the cooperative company. Finally, we base on the laws and regulations to set up measured module so as to finish manufacture and measurement for the micro-lens of flash lamp.
