    Abstract: 研究期間:10108~10207;This project is a two-year plan. The research focuses on build a digital image analysis program to calculate the Local Dimming control program by near-field LED light distribution formation skills. And quickly optimize dynamic control paramete by the white or red, green and blue LED two kinds direct type backlight module. The first year focused on the dynamic backlight control process design and experimental. We establish a rapid image analysis data of the program by near-field skills in early. Design a complete direct type local dimming computing system. And establish real-time dynamic modulation module in backlight, to test brightness, contrast, color gamut, improved energy efficiency practical effect. Output two direct type LED backlight module to compare. In the second year will be to integrate and optimize by the genetic algorithm and resource links for the system module in Local Dimming. Create a database for a variety of light sources and image change. Target in a continuous video playback to provide high brightness, high contrast, wide color gamut in LCD. And for a long time can be measured under the display backlight system than the current 30% energy saving.
