    Abstract: 研究期間:10111~10210;Electric bike (E-bike) has many advantages, such as running costs, clean & green, hill climbing, etc. E-bike with training wheels and three wheels E-bike can help elderly people or patients with SCI (Spinal Cord Injury) to solve their problems in traffic. Riding comfort is the most important factor in designing a vehicle. Particularly when the E-bike passes through the bumpy road, the high transient acceleration may results in discomfort, dizziness and critical damage of cervical vertebra. The purpose of this project is to develop the design and test technology of E-bike. We will build a numerical analysis technology for E-bike dynamic simulation by integrating CAD modeling and CAE method. We will also combine SolidWorks simulation with ISO 2631-5 standard to develop the technology for evaluating the damage of lumbar L4/L5. The road simulator developed in the previous project (NSC98-2622-E-008-005-CC3) will be modified to carry out the tire-coupled E-bike test. This project will help the cooperative company set up the design technique and testing equipment of E-bike. Analytic results will be helpful to promote domestic mechanical industry, automotive industry, and so on.
