    摘要: 研究期間:10108~10207;Corrosion and wear are two major factors of failure for metal equipment and mechanical tools, they are not only seriously reduce the service life of tools or equipment, but increase the cost of production and operation. In order to effectively solve the problem of mechanical corrosion and wear, and to improve the poor toughness of ceramic composite coating substrate, our study will include to manufacture SiC-TiO2 composite powder indigenously combined with the thermal spraying and powder modification technology, and to make composite coatings by plasma spraying method. Finally, we will verify the effectiveness of wear-resistant coating by testing the properties of powder and coating, as well as by the experiments of coating corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The achievement of this study is to provide more specified information and related technical development for thermal spraying industry, tribological engineering, materials technology and the field of application of powder synthesis modification.
