    摘要: 本研究提出了一個分散式工業電子看板網路(distributed industrial signage network)
    架構。我們首先設計一個智慧型 128x16 點陣式 LED 電子看板控制器及一組工業訊息顯
    示嵌入式中介軟體。電子看板控制器可執行 Grafcet 虛擬機器(GVM),提供無 OS、無
    compiler 的開發環境。在一個工業製造環境中,不同的電子看板被分散安裝於不同的設
    備或生產線位置,因此我們的電子看板器控制器提供了有線(wired RS-485)連結通訊,最
    後透過網路閘道器連結到雲端伺服器,使遠端手機或平板得以進行遠端客製化顯示
    scenario 設計、部署和監控。
    我們設計了一個嵌入式三微控器(Triple-MCU)的電子看板網路閘道器。其中,一個
    MCU 作為 TCP/IP 網路控制器,接收和處理來自遠端設計、部署和監控指令;另一個
    MCU 負責工業設備如 PLC、DIO 或 HMI 連結界面控制器;最後一個 MCU 作為電子看
    板節點的管理引擎,可自動偵測電子看板的新增、刪除、故障等狀態,並轉送遠端顯示
    控制指令。至於三微控器間採用 SPI 協定進行高速串列通訊。
    針對電子看板網路通訊,閘道器與電子看板節點採用 Modbus RTU 協定,藉由
    Modbus 主從式協定(master/slave protocol),可支援最多 247 個電子看板節點。閘道器與
    雲端採用 Modbus TCP/IP,控制器將遠端 Modbus TCP/IP 指令轉換為 Modbus RTU 指
    令,用以管理底層的電子看板節點。
    最後整合本研究所開發的軟硬體模組,我們實現了一個分散式工業電子看板系統雛
    形,並且以實例驗證了系統的功能性和性能。; The research proposes an architecture of distributed industrial electronic signage network.
    First of all, we design an intelligent controller of 128x16 dot matrix LED electronic signage
    and an embedded meta-program to show industrial message. Electronic billboards controller
    can execute Grafcet Virtual Machine (GVM) which provides a working environment under
    the condition without OS and compiler. In a manufacturing industrial environment, different
    electronic signages are separately installed in different devices or different positions of
    production lines. In order to communicate with all of them, we provide wired (wired RS-485)
    communications links for our electronic signage controller, so that cellphones or tablets in the
    remote end can easily customize and display the design of scenario by using the Internet
    gateways to link to cloud servers. Furthermore, we can also make the deployment and monitor
    on electronic signage controller.
    We design a Triple embedded microcontroller (Triple-MCU) for electronic signage
    network gateway. Among those MCUs, one MCU is used as a TCP / IP network controller
    receiving and processing the instructions of design, deployment, and monitor from the remote
    end, another MCU takes charge of industrial equipment such as PLC, DIO link interface or
    HMI controller, the other MCU is for the engine of managing electronic signage which can
    automatically detect the state of new, delete and fail etc… and transfer remote display control
    instructions. Those three microcontrollers communicate with SPI serials.
    On the communications of Digital signage networks, we adopt Modbus RTU between
    gateway and Digital signage nodes. By Modbus which is a master and slave protocol, we can

    support up to 247 Digital signage nodes in each gateway. While gateway and Cloud are using
    Modbus TCP/IP to communicate with each other. Controller can translate remote Modbus
    TCP / IP instructions to Modbus RTU instructions and manage those Digital signage nodes in
    the bottom layer.
    In summary, we integrate all hardware and software modules developed in this research
    and accomplish a model of distributed industrial electronic Signage system. Moreover, we
    demonstrate the functionality and performance of the system by experiments.
